About Your Doula
I have always been interested in and loved the miracle of bringing life into the world, so I decided to expand my expertise into doula services to give a personal experience to mothers and families during pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum care/support.
What is a Doula?
A doula is a non-medical professional support person for a woman before, during, and after labor and delivery. A doula provides one on one educational, emotional, physical, and mental support and guidance to help her and her partner navigate and advocate for themselves through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Our Approach
I am dedicated to providing expecting parents with the information, resources, and support they need to have a healthy and positive pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. As your doula, I believe that every birth is unique and special, and I am here to help you create the birth experience that is right for you and your family.
